Our Number One Focus
  Patient satisfaction is our number one focus at Orthopaedic Associates. We not only strive to provide the finest quality orthopaedic care in the most cost-effective way possible, but we also hope to deliver it in a friendly, compassionate manner.

  As the most important member of our "team", we need input from you about your appointment. It will help us continue to improve our services. When you visit one of our five offices you will be given a "Patient Experience Survey". Please fill out this questionnaire and tell us how we did;

what we did right and what we could improve upon. The survey is quick and easy to fill out. When completed you can either place it in a specially marked survey box located in each office or return it to us at no cost, postage-paid. However, if you prefer to speak to us, you can call 410.337.7900. We welcome your comments, compliments and/or suggestions.

  As the old saying goes, "You only get one chance to make a good first impression." But it's our philosophy at Orthopaedic Associates that what makes a good first impression must continue throughout your care with us.

Our New Name...
You may have noticed the word "Towson" missing from our logo and name. With our practice expanding and the addition of our two new offices in Harford County, we have decided to return to the use of our corporate name, Orthopaedic Associates. We believe the use of this name will more accurately reflect the geographic scope of our practice, which now includes five offices. You can still expect the same level of quality, orthopaedic care, now just more conveniently located.

A Pat on the Back - A patient writes: Dear Dr. Gertsen, From the outset, the staff at Orthopaedic Associates showed concern and went out of their way to help me. The entire organization exhibited a level of service that you just don't find in today's world. Your secretary (Jeannette Doleschal), and the reception staff were of particular help. Please thank them for me.

Thank you,
Jeffrey Andrews
