We received this distinction by offering compassionate care; the latest in technology and orthopaedic surgeons trained at the country’s most prestigious medical centers and universities. Our practice has grown considerably in the past several years, as we’ve added many new physicians. We wanted to take this opportunity for you to learn more about them, as well as the other physicians who make up Orthopaedic Associates.

Donald A. Morrison, M.D.
Dr. Morrison attended Williamette University, where he received his B.A. degree. He received his M.D. from the University of Oregon, and completed post graduate training at Temple University. Dr. Morrison’s specialized medical interests are total joint replacements and general orthopaedic surgery.

Jack C. Childers, Jr., M.D.
After receiving his B.A. degree from Princeton University and his M.D. from Columbia University, Dr. Childers attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for post graduate training. Dr. Childer’s special interests are arthroscopy and general orthopaedic surgery.

Kenneth C. Gertsen, M.D.
Dr. Gertsen received his B.A. from Johns Hopkins University, and his M.D. from the University of Maryland. His post graduate training was completed at Johns Hopkins Hospital. His special medical interests are sports medicine and general orthopaedic surgery.

P. Dickson Jones, M.D.
Dr. Jones graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. degree. He earned his M.D. at the University of Maryland. He then received post graduate training at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Jones’ medical interests are sports medicine and general orthopaedic surgery.

Frank J. Catanzariti, M.D.
Dr. Catanzariti’s B.A. degree is from Johns Hopkins University, and his M.D. is from the University of Maryland. He went on to receive his postgraduate training at Union Memorial Hospital. Dr. Catanzariti’s special interests are in sports medicine and general orthopaedic surgery.

Paul C. McAfee, M.D.
Dr. McAfee received his B.A. degree from the University of Rochester, and his M.D. from the State University of New York at Syracuse. He completed his surgery training at the University of Virginia. His post graduate training was completed at Syracuse and Case Western Reserve University. Dr. McAfee’s area of expertise is in spinal reconstructive surgery.

Bruce S. Wolock, M.D.
Dr. Wolock is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University, where he received his B.A. degree. He then attended Case Western Reserve University and received his M.D. He received post graduate training at Johns Hopkins Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Wolock is fellowship trained in hand surgery and specializes in complex problems of the hand and general orthopaedics.

David F. Dalury, M.D.
Dr. Dalury received his B.A. from Dartmouth College, and his M.D. from Dartmouth Medical School. His post graduate training was done at Harvard. Dr Dalury is fellowship trained in total joint replacement surgery. His special medical interest are total joint replacement and general orthopaedic surgery.

Ira L. Fedder, M.D.
Dr. Fedder received his Doctor of Pharmacy and M.D. degrees from the University of Maryland. His post graduate training was completed at University Hospital and St. Joseph Medical Center. Dr. Fedder is fellowship trained in spine surgery. Dr. Fedder’s medical specialties are operative and non-operative care of spine problems and general orthopaedic surgery.

Stuart Winakur, M.D.
Dr. Winakur received his B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Maryland and his M.D. from the University of Maryland Medical School. His post graduate surgical training was completed at Ohio State University and the University of Maryland. Dr. Winakur’s special medical interests are total joint replacement, pediatrics, and general orthopaedics.

Brian D. Mulliken, M.D.
After graduating from the University of Illinois with a B.S. degree, Dr. Mulliken received his M.D. from Johns Hopkins Medical School. He completed his post graduate surgical training at the University of Iowa and the University of Western Ontario. Dr. Mulliken is fellowship trained in joint reconstructive surgery. His orthopaedic interests include total joint replacement and general orthopaedics.

Jeffrey T. Brodie, M.D.
Dr. Brodie graduated from Emory University with a B.A. He received His M.S. and M.D. degrees from Georgetown University and completed his post graduate training at Monmouth Medical Center and the Mayo Clinic, Scottsdale. Dr. Brodie is fellowship trained in surgery of the foot and ankle. His medical specialties are foot and ankle surgery and general orthopaedic surgery.

Vincent M. Osteria, M.D.
Dr. Osteria graduated from Fordham University with a B.A. in biology. He received his medical degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He then completed a rotating internship at St. Mary’s Hospital in Montreal and served in the U. S. Army in Vietnam and at Fort Bragg. Following the Army, he completed his orthopaedic residency at McGill University. Dr. Osteria’s orthopaedic interests include musculoskeletal pain management.

Anthony W. Colpini, M.D.
Dr. Colpini received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and his M.D. from the Uniformed Services University in Maryland. His post graduate orthopaedic training was completed at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Colorado. Before joining Orthopaedic Associates, Dr. Colpini served as an orthopaedic surgeon for the U.S. Army. His special interests include general orthopaedics and sports medicine.

Michael J. Marion, M.D.
Dr. Marion received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and his M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. His post graduate surgical training was preformed at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He completed a hand fellowship at the Philadelphia Hand Center at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Marion specializes in complex problems of the hand and general orthopaedics.
